Okay, so we don't even know if Andy Luck will be the #1 overall pick, but let's have fun with this. Assuming he is, who is the worst team in football, and who will get him?
My pick is the Chiefs.
Todd Haley will be fired before the end of the season, two blowouts in two games and now there's a rumor that Jammal Charles will be out for the year. Be kind of a dream situation for Luck though right? Decent WR options, running game in place and decent line. I think it happens.

That's the way it looks right now. 2 blowout losses against 2 less than elite teams.
