Redskins agreed to terms with No. 16 overall pick OLB Ryan Kerrigan on a four-year contract.

While there are question about Kerrigan's fluidity in space as an outside linebacker, there's no about his ability as a disruptive pass rusher. The 2010 Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year is already penciled as the starter opposite bookend edge rusher Brian Orakpo.
