Rufus Brown

Post by Jake »

I talked to one of my first semester teachers who played football for Florida State. I asked him about Rufus Brown. He told me that Rufus is physical and that he was really good there. He only had 4 interceptions because nobody threw to him. I guess that's a good sign.

Rufus Brown went to my rival school in Jr. High. It was called Kitty Hawk in San Antonio before he transferred to some other high school after Jr. High. At the time he was a man among boys and terrorized all his opponents. I think he played linebacker in jr high if I remember correcttly.

Jake do you know where Rufus Brown is on our depth chart? Is he behind Ralph Brown and Rashad Bauman?

He's probably 7th, 8th, or 9th on the depth chart. :) No way he would be put ahead of Bauman and Brown. He's barely on the roster.
