Bad Hands?

Post by Chris Luva Luva »

Is it just me or does Gardener drop a lot of passes?! But I guess anyone lined next to Coles would pale in comparision, but he does seem to drop quite a few important passes. I'm starting to lean towards starting McCants and making Gardener the slot.

What do you all think?

I think Gardner definitely drops too many passes. At the same time, I think he's still our best weapon at #2.

It would be nice to see McCants get a full game at #2 to see what he could do. I know it would make SkinsChic do a jig \:D/

It would make me have much healthier teeth - I have about shattered mine after watching him drop at least 3 passes in each of the Giants and Eagles games. The worst part - they hit him in the daggone hands man!

Too bad McCants has had his share of fumble fingers too. Gardner my be edging him out but the guy I really want to see more of Jacobs. Hope he gets some reps soon and catches up after being injured, or as "Preymantis CC" said "a real dissapointment". What a jerk.

I've been saying we need to put McCant's in for over 2 years. He needs the chance to play a whole game. I'm sure he can thrill us with his grabs. Gardner seems so lax most of the time...like he could just care less. Darnerien actually "wants" to play ball.

I think he'll get at least ONE TD against the Bucs !!!

maybe management is just trying to get their worth out of the high pick they spent Gardner

were those of you at camp more impressed with McCants than Gardner?

I was at camp....but McCants was hurt from 8/1 on...so we didn't get to see much of him but he has proved himself in the past and is still proving himself. He actually "wants" to play ball...that makes a big difference as far as I'm concerned.

I think Rod dropped a TD yesterday against the Bucs....he was able to get his hands on the ball and should have made the catch...IMHO
