Defense did what they could, offense wasn't horrible, Jansen is returning to the bench, our special teams are erratic, Josh Brown is awesome, Bulger had flashes of years back, etc, etc.
Now we'll have to try to make up ground all year on the Cowboys and Eagles. The type of loss that we are accustomed to having nuke our seasons.

Thanks for the visual dagger in the heart Fox! What a disappointment. Losing to a team we should beat.
We got caught in the Ultimate Trap Game.
I have nothing else to say about this heart-breaker.

The Redskins are better than this. We know it. The players know it.
But it's not so much that you can just throw on a helmet and beat somebody. The other team gets played too.
Zorn has to rail into these guys something awful.
If he succeeds, wouldn't want to be the Browns QB next week.

plenty of faults and blame to go around in this one. We win some we lose some. Any given sunday. Ah, 1 week to sulk, good game though. If it wasn't for the turnovers we would've killed them. Oh well. Hail Skins.

Can't figure out why we couldn't take advantage of their 3rd string secondary.
Can't take ANY team for granted.
Ain't that the truth.
Anyone else agree that the pass rush was again only mediocre? We finally got some sacks in the second half (first was by Springs on a DB blitz), and the second was by Montgomery in the 4th. That's 2 3/4 games without a sack by the D-line.

Guys, we might talk about being resilient, but there is no way to paint this as anything but devastating in a playoff push. Goodbye hopes of even one home playoff game and we better all be cheering for the Cardinals or we'll be playing catch up most of the year.
God I hope you all can all laugh and call me a "fair weather fan" in a couple months.

Sorry guys, a championship team just doesn't lose to the Rams. This team's pretty much done for the season.
Losing to the Rams at home has to be the worst case scenario. A contender would have beaten St. Louis by 30, and we just couldn't get it done.
After earning some respect by beating the Cowboys and Eagles we lost to the worst team in the league. We went from potentially being the best team in the NFC to being a laughingstock.
Congrats on getting the guys ready to play Zorn, also, you are an expert at halftime adjustments.
