The Eagles should be favored. It looks like Westbrook will play and he always does well v the Skins. McNabb is having a good year, they are at home and the reciever they drafted not only gets on the field, he produces. The Eagles have to win this game or they will probably miss the playoffs.
I think we have a great shot to win but if I had to put money down I would pick the Eagles.

mark shlereth did.. and he's going to be right. Campbell is going to pick apart that secondary, i mean Orton and his neck beard had 3 TDs in the 1st half against that D. If Orton and the bears can pull that off. i like Campbell and the Skins chances.spenser wrote:Espn isnt the only ones. Peter king picked agasint us, and so did fox sports adam schien. In fact i have yet to see ANYONE pick the skins this week just like last week in dallas. And while i will admit, i do see us losing this game, if we can somehow pull out a win that would be freaking HUGE!

ESPN only exists for the Yankees, the Red Sox, A-Rod, Favre, Manny Ramirez, The Dallas Slowpokes, Tony Romo and Jessica, Tom Brady, and whoever else happens to be currently popular. What a waste of a good idea that station is.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom – for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

That, sir, is an excellent point... I mean, when is the last time ESPN got any respect from any of us?
Why don't we let them go first?

Personally, I don't really care what ESPN says or thinks. I am, however, actually fairly surprised Schlereth picked the Skins. He typically makes every effort to avoid giving any kind of credit to the Skins. But regardless, I don't care about respect from ESPN. Respect doesn't win games. I'd actually prefer they continue to disrespect us, I enjoy watching them eat crow so much more.

Does that happen often?
ESPN...
Crow...
Nahhhh...
Well, I just watched NFL Live on ESPN and Schlereth did, in fact, pick Philly to win. He's picked against the Skins 4 weeks in a row. But whatever... his nickname is Stink.
Jumping on the bandwagon is not the same as eating crow. That would involve saying "I was WRoooooo... Wrooooo... I was rnnm,plll... I mean, I was.... I made a mistake... "
I don't see it.

I agree with Fios...I went to Cleveland the last time they played since it was close and as close to a "gimmie" game as you can get. The Skins lost...funsho2 wrote:If we can pull out this game....we got three gimmies game against the rams, lions, and browns....we looking @ 7-1

I think its right for ESPN to favor the Eagles. They're a good team, especially with McNabb healthy this year.
I still think we can win this game though.
Anybody else think that this will be more of a "nasty" game than the Cowboys game? We better come ready to battle if we expect to beat them.
CAN'T WAIT.

I'd rather have espn pick against us. This way it reinforces my belief that they are a bunch of pathetic idiots.
I do feel that this is going to be a tough game. The feagles always seem to show up and give us a hard time. This will, no doubt, be a classic nfc east slug-fest.... a slobber-knocker. I'm excited and this is what football is all about......a nail-biter.
All Hail!
27-20 Redskins.
