The cell phone rang just as Vinny Cerrato was explaining the Washington Redskins' preparations for draft day.
"Ah, the Chargers keep calling," Cerrato said with mock disgust as he pulled the phone out of his pocket and shut the ringer off.
With the draft two days away, the Redskins on Thursday again played down any notion that they plan to trade up from their No. 5 overall position to San Diego's top spot.
