Ok, Jason Gist might have the dunk of the year today against Miami. Game is at 5:49 in the 2nd and MD down by 4. Good luck..

Not to brag but State is playing VA today at 4/7est today. Everyone should watch. I don't think we will win b/c of Singletary. That guys is toooooooo dag on good. But I still like the fact that we knocked the dooookies out of the tourney.

I love Cali but I would love to move back east. I miss it. Growing up in South East NC, its a hell of a change. Thats why I come back 3 times a year. The food here isn't a good except for the mexican. Its 1000 times better. Besides that, I'll take the east coast.

The water temp at the beach is about 60 deg. mid summer and the high is 85ish. It never gets warm enough to enjoy the water.

It is what it is. I'm not even going to explain to you why it takes me 30-40 min's to drive to work which is only 4 miles. I'm going to stop pointing out the negative.

Please, traffic is nothing new to me, I live in NoVa, only LA is ranked higher in terms of traffic and I've been to LA, it ain't that much worse.

My sister lives in Springfield, Va and when I visit I just take the metro everywhere.

Oh our gas is $3.05 a gallon now and I drive an SUV. It sucks.

Dude get a Bike. Mine gets 60+ per gallon and can go up to 90 mph. And can carry 5 bags of groceries+ 1 12 pack of beer/sodas, and a half gallon of milk. just my My 2 cents

Wanted to just shout out to my NC State Wolfpack for at least making making it to the ACC Championship game. I don't think we will win. Our guys are too tired and UNC is hitting on all cylinders. But I would hope for all of you to pull for the Pack tomorrow. Just wanted to gloat.

Great game.

Although I pull for UNC, I always have a soft spot in my heart for NC State - grew up watching David Thompson, maybe the best pure college player I ever saw. State played tough, but it's a lot to ask - 4 games in a row.

If this is any indication, the Lowe era is off to a great start.

agreed. heel fan here too, but state played much harder than UNC, they just didn't have the overwhelming talent. they really climbed out of a hole from the beginning of the 2nd half. props.

However - UNC has never won a NCAA Championship after winning the ACC Tournament (or so my UNC grad wife tells me).

They have the toughest road, so if they DO win the championship, it will be quite the accomplishment.

I just hope VCU beats Duke in the first round. :rock:
