not a team
I only had a chance to go to 2 games this past season, Seahawks, and Cowboys
It just didn't seem like I was watching my "Redskins"
They just didn't seem like a team, family out there
Seemed like a bunch of guys wearing our colors confused out there.
It was like every man for himself, including ball coach
now with Gibbs back, the fire is once again lit
we will all see a rejuvenated, new breed of Redskins
Our record this season will baffle the experts when we
head into 2005 14-2
losses are to the giants

Though I love your fire...I have to think we'll fall a smidgen short of that. And I don't think our losses will be to the gnats. Believe it or not...I'm more worried about our chances against Greenbay, Detroit(away game), and Cincy. Mooch is putting together a squad, and he's more than qualified to turn them around. Greenbay is, well, Greenbay...and when the Favre's lit, you can't put him out. Cincy will continue to improve on last years already impressive season and I look for them to be playoff bound. The gnats, however I do not fear for several reasons. 1st, I watched Coughlin coach here in Jax, and though he brings discipline, he lacks something (can't put my finger on it) that keeps a team from really developing. They've also lost some key personnel...not to mention Collins is about to join the over the hill gang with bad wheels to boot. So, that's my

14-2 thats a bit of a stretch but i,ll say 8-10 games this year possibly. but that family togetherness will be back.
a whole new attitude and voice is what this team needs the most and glad joe gibbs came back to provide it.
14-2 i do like it though! it,s the thought that counts right!

Like Gibb's first year his first time out, I won't expect much from the Skins this year. Maybe 9-7 or, if we're being optimistic, 10-6.
Next year, however, the Skins will be Super Bowl Champions!

That is realistic, isn't JH ? Still, I wonder if Joe still has so much to learn in 2004 as he did in '81. I mean, I know how long he's been away, but at least this time around, he knows what being the HC entails, and he has honed his craft to a science. It's a question of how quickly he can knock the rust off his technique, and how quickly he can become acclimated to a whole bunch of Prima Dionna types as opposed to just one or two/ My hopes and my dearest wish do not equal what I think is realistic, though.
I think we're looking at a break-in period that sees us in as a wildcard. 10-6, at best.
That ought to shut Lavar up.
