Marcus' forced fumble

I was just looking at stats for the Houston game and Marcus did not get credit for a forced fumble, although I was almost positive he forced the one that Golston picked up. The only forced fumble credited for Sunday was given to Anthony Montgomery. Anyone recall if he had an additional one or if I'm just remembering incorretly?

Yep....you're right Niki - Marcus stripped that ball !

He did strip the ball, it was very clear on the replay.

Isn't there an NFL comittee or a group that reviews the games every week and updates stats?

There is the NFL Game Statistics Information System, as well as a group at NFL headquarters that keep stats for each Conference.

That photo is totally inconclusive. It could have been that o-lineman who stripped the ball.

And what would you know about hugging too much with those stubby arms???

Hopefully they correct the stats and give credit to Marcus.
