MNF

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

MNF

Post by Fios »

What's the over/under on number of MNF games before Theismann says something so unbeliavably stupid Kornheiser is forced to snap at him which then leads to several minutes of on-air awkward silence as Mike Tirico tries to smooth things over? My guess is four and I'll take the under since TK hates flying and will be on edge.

Ironically, prior to the Super Bowl played in Jacksonville, Tony K. was villified by the people of Jacksonville for just destroying the city in a Washington Post column, and this year will have to call two games in Jacksonville.

I'll be ordering some of CLL's popcorn for that game. We'll see if he takes it as a chance to blast them for 3 hours or if he will try to smooth things over, or just pretend it never happened.

I'm betting on the first choice.

Wilbon actually addressed that on PTI the other day and TK tried to save face by syaing he took it all back.

I fully expect to see signs like 'Tony Sucks' in the crowd. It could get interesting.
