I completely understand. I've been a fan for more than 10 years, but I wasn't a fan during the 90's during the good old days. Yes its dissappointing the way the team is heading. It can be tough staying loyal to a team when the organization has been heading south. But the poor management isn't new ...

I'm not a big Gruden fan but I'm relieved to see the team pick a direction. Hopefully they'll stay the course and get Kirk signed. My dream scenario is for them to sign Kirk and pick up Pyror at WR. Pryor, Doctson, Reed and Crowder would be amazing under Gruden.

I'm not willing to do that because it's become a trend... You need at least three data points for something to become a "thing". And we've seen on multiple occasions that his team comes out flat during big-stage games. And personally, I don't believe in coincidences.
