Is Gruden going to be calling the plays? I think it would be wise to give up playing calling to focus in on game management. He should focus in on play design and game management.

Sounds like Shannahan had more controll then Allen did and synder realizes that and gave full control to Allen after Shannahans departure .

again - I do not think Jim Haslett is as bad a DC as many have made him out to be, including me at times

this FO feels that he's worth keeping around in case the new HC wants him - that says something, IMO

there are many assistants in the NFL that are not liked by the media or the fans and yet ...
