Actually, a very easy question to answer.

Barring serious injuries to the Defense, 4-12.

Otherwise, 3-13.

Even if, and that is a big IF, "The Boy King" decides to get a real GM, and stop playing with his toy, there are so many needs on this team that it is going to take a looonnngggg time to return to respectability, much less dominance.

I wish. We will somehow win 5 or 6 games and then miss out on top QB in the draft...

But if they did have a top 2 pick, The Boy King and his servant would find a way to mess that up as well.

5-11. Get McCoy or Bradford, at least 2 young offensive lineman, and a proven NFL Head coach.

Yeah, I saw that as well. He went on to say that Campbell "does not strike fear in opposing defenses", and he also said "I don't see what the Redskins see in him"

If you fire Zorn, who takes his place?

There are several ex-head coaches that are currently unemployed. Holgrem (sp?), Shanahan, Gruden, Cowher (Good god I would become sick if he came in).

Anyone one of them would be an improvement.

Give me Chucky.....at least he shows fire and emotion ...

Afraid to give up a big play?

Trying to be nice to the new kid QB?

Either way, it makes no sense....

I haven't been on in a while, been traveling a bunch. I wanted to throw my thoughts out there regarding the booing. I've read all the previous posts, and I believe that valid points are being made all across the board.

However, I have a thought about the booing. I think that SOME of the booing is ...

Re: The National Footsie-Ball League?

Author's Note: My apologies if this should have been put in Around the League; in truth it is less about the 'Skins than the league and state of the game in general. Move it to a more appropriate forum if that is the case, please. Thank you.

..Okay, I finally figured it out. i was including salary and/or roster bonus money in trying to calculate cap hits or dead money, and those don't count. Thanks to all who cleared this up for me. This might be a little clearer. For example, since Samuels contract was reworked last year, if he were to be cut after June 1 his cap number will be about $9.5 Million. The remaining amount owed on his contract would be accelerated to the '10 cap, about another $9.5 Million.

These guys are respectable backups.

We have to have depth. We let these guys go, we will just have to sign other mediocre guys for depth.

I don't know the cap hits to let these guys go.

Philly came in with no urgency, just like Washington did last week. I just don't get how teams that have everything to play for just don't show up. I'm glad to get the "W" though, and for all the ugly the Offense spews out on a weekly basis, the Defense really plays with heart.

The Redskins WILL NOT beat the Eagles, plain and simple. Jim Johnson will blitz like mad, Campbell will get pummeled, no running room for Portis, and the Defense will give up 3rd and long all day to a scrambling McNabb and an elusive Westbrook.
This has got to have been of the more frustrating ...
