And what have the Patriots done in the last decade? A couple of superbowls and lots of winning seasons? Doesn't sound like that bad of a pattern to follow.

What they've done is sold their souls, played a style of football that is damn near unwatchable on a weekly basis, and generally allowed ...

An easy way to look at this instead of thinking about all the trades is someone gave us a 3rd, 4th, and two 5ths to drop from #10 to #16. The guy we took at 16 is obviously someone we had a high value on and most experts said if we didn't take him at 16, he was gone to NE at 17.

Or barring any ...

This is like a friggin nightmare for me. It's almost like Shannahan is trying to do things the same way the Patriots have for the last decade or so. That disgusts me on every level humanly possible.

or Pittsburgh. We are building a physical team that people are not going to look forward to playing...win or loose you know you are going to hurt after playing the Redskins. A great contrast to Philly and Dalllas that are finess teams.

We are focusing on blue collar guys that will show up day after day and play after play. Basically building a solid blue collar foundation for the team to build on. No complaints here.

It's pretty simple really. If the Skins don't do more on offense AND either get to Manning and/or start doing a better job of covering the receivers, they have no chance whatsoever of coming back to win this game.

I post on here very infrequently but I always read it...you should read the game ...

I think I'm getting a man-crush on Shanahan

After 2 year of everything "medium" Zorn and a laid back retro hippie approach to coaching an NFL team, I feel like we are moving in the right direction. Shan's no nonesense approach and authoritative manner have impressed me to no end. Take the handling of Albert....humilate him and force him to ...

I've figured out what Zorn can do after football....he can do commercials for Xanax. Seriously....If I had coached a team that played that apathetic my post-game interview would of made Denny Green's "we had them and let them of the hook" interview look like a disney movie. First the first time in ...

There is one huge problem I see with this going down...and that is Dallas. He's my reasons:

1. Shann loves a QB given a choice between Romo and JC he's gonna choose Romo. He and Romo are both QB's from N. Illionis....they share a friendship.

2. Shann and Jerra are also close friends. Dallas is ...

Suh (he's a freaking manimal)...him next to Hanyesworth we would have the most dominate defensive line in football, even with 2 punters at DE. Our strength is defense right now let's build on that. We can resign Soup at a bargin cause noone else will want him and make him a game manager. It's not ...

First NFL game ever this week!

So I am attending my first NFL game ever this week in Charlotte to watch my beloved Skins against the Panthers. Being 33 some would say that I'm a little late catching the bus but growing up in Alaska makes it very difficult to see profootball in person. Aynways anyone that is attenting the game ...
