We need a starting RT, 2 starting LBs, starting DE, backup RB, backup G, etc etc etc

And our FO is trying to trade for a QB (Cutler) with a 2-point higher QB rating than the one we have (Campbell). PLUS - Cutler had better WRs and a better OL than Campbell. AND Jason handles everything with class ...

Unbelievable. We have no head coach but we now have a new offensive coordinator??? Also, why in the world would you fire Al Saunders only to name Zorn, who has never called plays in the NFL, as the OC? I have no problem with Zorn as a qb coach, but I'm not too sure about him as an OC.

I agree ...

He certainly looked in pain. On the bright side I thought Heyer played pretty darn well. The running game certainly didn't suffer.

How long is Jansen expected to be out with the ankle?

I looked but haven't seen anything. Seems like a fairly uncommon injury.

The optimistic way to look at it is we have on paper one of, if not the most, talented secondary in the NFL and that we added a stud MLB to our front 7 that should be considerably improved this year assuming everyone is healthy.

The pessimistic way to look at is that we still don't have any ...

Re: Kiper suggestion for #6

ESPN just had their draft preview for the Redskins. They acknowledged that we've given away too many picks on previous deals and need to try and trade down to get some of those picks back. They also covered the fact that we have a poor pass rush and need to consider a DL at #6. In the end however ...

This time of year, everyone's talking to everyone about everything. Teams are evaluating all kinds of deals. That's why these guys are at their respective facilities 18 hours a day right now.

The Skins hold the #6 pick, obviously. And that pick holds quite a bit of value, obviously. And we know ...

I guess we can now move Taylor to strong side and have Springs play the Free.

Don't pencil him in as a starter just yet. Bringing Springs over to safety has been a recurring theme lately, and I like it. Putting Stoutmire in on dimes sounds good, too...but not too much. Yeah I hear ya. I just dont ...

This is a good trade under the circumstances, but it begs the question of how we got into these circumstances to begin with. We need a real GM.

I wish AA the best in Chicago. I think it is terrible that the team offered him a big contract and then never made a serious attempt to adjust the scheme ...

If he turns out to be a pain in the butt, see ya later...

Why draft him if we already know that's gonna be the case? Waste of time, waste of a pick, waste of money.

Because for a low round pick you can get the QB with maybe the best upside in the draft. I've watched all of his college games ...

Marcus Vick isn't going to amount to a fart in a whirlwind...

If he keeps his head straight and works hard he will be in Hawaii every year. Granted that is a big "IF", as he hasn't managed to do that so far.

It is important to note that Marcus had been limping when he stomped on Dumerville. Go check the videotape and find out why. No one in the media will tell you that.

Re: Draft Marcus Vick

Isn't Ramsey's contract up after this season? I'm sure there are teams (Jets,Saints, etc) that will pay him starter dollars which leads me to this question: Is there anyway, assuming he declares, that we draft Marcus Vick to be our number 3 behind Cambell? You know the kid has problems but as has ...
