Unfortunately, most former NFL players don't receive HOF election ballots. Maybe if someone would get Peter King laid (No Small Task), Art Monk would get rightfully elected to the Hall.

Actually King changed his mind a couple of years ago and now thinks Art should be enshrined. It is the others ...

Eh, what happened to building a team instead of buying it? We have TWO linebackers picked up this year that MIGHT have 2-3 years left. MIGHT. Call me crazy, but buying a team hasn't worked yet, and I don't think it will work this year either.

To be quite honest our LB corps is about the last ...

Had 2K not released a game, we'd still have a bunch of issues with this game. I had a quote of an EA boss basically displaying how much they hate 2K.

As evidenced by their sneaky lawyer ploy. Worst decision by the NFL ever...really stunted the growth of the football games. Madden is actually ...

Competition is healthy! Plus 2ks running game is outstanding. Bout time Madden tried to catch up.

From what I've been reading it seems like EA has addressed alot of what has been driving me nuts with their recent installments. I will have to check Madden 08 out thoroughly...after the fumble patch ...

I hate to say it but I am very skeptical of EA's effort...the last few versions for the 360 have been utter junk. The fumble glitch seems to be a major mistake. I guess I will at least rent it...but doubt if I will buy it again this year.

All Pro NFL 2k8 seems like a breath of fresh air to me ...

Agreed. Excuses should not be so plentiful for such a talented and experienced right tackle. Jansen is better than that. I personally think that he will shake off the rust and bounce back into form.

YES! You may absolutely adopt Liverpool. I have been a fan since the late 80s. Great team to root for with a ton of tradition. Gerrard, in my opinion, is one of the classiest players around and arguably the most complete midfielder in the EPL. And yes, You'll never walk alone!

I would have to say Rogers should start unless Smoot has knocked him off by having an exceptional, outstanding camp.

Rogers should be given the chance to prove that last year was just a sophomore adjusting to the main role. (Since Springs was injured) I think this year may be his breakout season ...

Anyone who likes GTA and owns a 360 should check out Saints Row. Its a fun GTA clone that improves on the mechanincs of GTA...I am actually hoping GTA copies some of the mechanics...or even improves upon them.

BTW last thougts on 360 and PS3 war...buy both. :)

No, the core does NOT come with a HDD. That is why MS doesn't (as of now) allow developers to make games that only work on the systems equipped with a HDD. That was retarded on MS's part, especially since the original Xbox came with a HDD.

I agree with a lot of your points but MS dropped the ball with using DVD. They also hurt us as gamer by making the tard pack, oops I meant core pack. HDD's should be a standard so that developers can use the HDD for texture caching. Try to run Oblivion on a core system and not want to throw it out ...

Video Game consoles are really for Video games, though. From that standpoint one can argue that the 360 wins. Better price, more games, comparable graphics. For 300 less if you buy the Core system. And the Blu-Ray is nice but it won't upconvert. Sony online is a joke compared to Live.

Sony also ...

So he's an idiot. So what? He blocks and catches 1st downs. For the right price he would only help the Skins. We already have a #1 receiver and a proven slot. Williams uses it as a scheme sometimes but never as a base. Skins need to stick with the 4-3. Jazz is right, we don't have the personnel.
