It's too early to pass judgement on Gruden. But in reality, it doesn't matter if Gruden is a great coach or a terrible coach because until the mess in the front office gets sorted out in doesn't much matter who we have on the sidelines. Get a proper GM, give him a couple of years to turn over this ...

It's not just luck. Some teams are better at scouting, put more resources in scouting/evaluation, etc. You don't fine as many late round contributors as the Seahawks have by being "lucky."
