If he doesn't have the surgery, he has to restructure to #2 money and that's all there is to it. He just simply isn't a #1 WR with his toe the way it is.

Who would you like to draft in 2004. I think we should draft a running back such as Steven Jackson or KJ. I know we need DL help, but I feel we can fix these problems in free agency.
