Re: DRAFT DAY THREAD.....2015

I pretend to know the inner most thoughts and plans of our FO, and I'll bet there was a massive internal fart when young Jordan Richards, the safety out of Stanford was scooped up a few picks ahead of us in the 3rd. We promptly traded down.

POST DRAFT

OK, here's my POST-DRAFT final. I did one version where I ignored our trade-downs, and one where I accepted them. I missed Kouandijio on the trade down version, but got some very nice consolation prizes. Every year, I put my draft against the Skins and come back in 3 years to see who wins. I do this ...

Re: Friday night draft discussion

this is why I stopped coming here. you guys are usually more into having a pissing contest than an interesting discussion. waste for the rest of us, why don't you all just call each other and save us the time.

Re: Friday night draft discussion

especially in a deep draft, yes. Moses and Kouandijio still there along with Van Noy, Borland, Ealy, Yankey, Dozier, etc...

just hope a tackle holds for us!

Re: Biggest Draft Needs

OK, well the 1st round fell perfectly for us to get our choice of tackles. Interesting to see who our evaluators prefer given the choices, (assuming we go that route). Of course I couldn't resist doing 1 more mock now that the 1st round is over, this one a little more accurate as it removed last ...

Re: Biggest Draft Needs

Sorry non-Louisville guy, I musta got my threads confused.

Is anyone getting excited yet?!

Honestly, as much as I hype myself up for this thing every year, most draft picks won't make an impact or even be on a team in 3 years. But it still feels like Christmas when I was a kid. Does anyone ...

217 OLB PRINCE SHEMBO - NOTRE DAME

The most common description of Shembo is that "he plays every play with his hair on fire".

While I DOUBT that it's the "most common" one... I do love the description...

Oh yea I heard that 10 times on the way to the bathroom today, Yo check out Shembo, his ...

Re: What do you think of this Mock Draft?

I would take either Jimmie Ward or Deone Buccanon. Our safety situation scares me.

I like Calvin Pryor a lot too. He flies around the field throwing his body. It's beautiful, but they've got the rules so screwed up now you can't really do that anymore. I wish we had signed T.J. Ward and been done ...

I do too. Got caught up in BPA a couple times. 3 O and 3 D on the last and first I believe though.

Any of you guys UVA fans? I'd love to hear some opinions on Morgan Moses.

Re: Biggest Draft Needs

OK, last one, doesn't appear anyone comes to these message boards anymore anyway. Where are you guys? The draft not an interesting topic around here?

This is my best draft so far. It's a good mix of quality on both sides of the ball. Safe pick at the top with Van Noy, but it absolutely swings for ...

Re: What do you think of this Mock Draft?

We should jump to take Moses if available. There are a few tempting non tackles at the end of the 1st/early 2nd like Van Noy, Demarcus Lawrence, Stephan Tuitt. We gotta go OT or OLB/DL though. If Morgan is gone and the expected tackles above him, that's when I'm definitely going after some of that ...

Re: Biggest Draft Needs

I found an addictive site that let's you pick your team to draft for (Skins!) while the draft simulator picks for all the other teams based on team needs and 4 different databases of rankings. It's interesting to try different scenarios to see what combinations of picks are possible. If I go OT in ...
