George Allen offered Andre the Giant a contract...

Can anyone elaborate on this?

I've heard this my whole life. "Andre the Giant was actually offered a spot on an NFL team. He had never played football, but he was so big and strong that he dominated in a tryout."

Well, it WAS the 'Skins and it was Allen in 1974, but do any of you have ...

ColtFreaks

I'm already too late, which is my fault, but I should have posted here at the beginning of the week that we're "Rival F2F Forums" this past week.

coltfreaks.com/forum

We're still discussing a pretty entertaining pre-season game against y'all. I thought it was a better game for Colt Brennan ...

I don't know anything more than you do, but I'd say there's a STRONG chance that this was not a random assailant who robbed a random (if very large) house and randomly chose to only shoot the man of the house.

Given Sean Taylor's past, I'm sorry to say this, but it's likely this was just the last ...

May Christ be with the Taylor family.
Swing, it's good to see you here this morning offering your support.

To the Redskin fans I'd like to offer my condolences on your loss. This is truly a terrible thing and it saddens me deeply to think about it. My thoughts are with you and when I am at the ...

It's not gonna happen. He didn't play long enough to warrant the retirement of his number. It's not like the Raiders retired Bo Jackson's number.

Please, SOMEONE tell me that they have some solid leads as to who is responsible for this senseless act of cowardice? PLEASE?

Sean Taylor did not deserve to die! This is a tragedy of unspeakable proportions. The grief that I'm feeling over this must pale in comparison to the grief that his ...

Look at the original post. Hate to say I told you so. Losing to the winless Titans is unacceptable. I almost vomited when we beat them by a single point. I can't imagine what you guys are going through right now. And now you face a healthy Colts team...it could get pretty bad.

Looking ahead to the Colts?

That could lead to 2 losses for this team. The Titans came off of a fluke 1 point game and they're confident right now. They also have nothing to lose. The Colts will be healthy for the first time all year in week 7.

The road to the playoffs gets a bit rocky for the injuns this month.
