I cannot fault Saunders on this one. In fact, I am off the opinion that he should be the next HC or the offensive coordinator from NE.

If Saunders had been allowed to playcall without interference, I would be complaining that we are 6-2.

I don't think we get any compensatory picks for Pierce, as he was never drafted and a UFA, which makes me the more angry at his comments to the Redskins who gave him a chance in the NFL.

As for Smoot, I don't know the criteria for giving compensatory picks, but if we do get a pick, it usually ...

I am getting tired of talking about how we are going to do next year, I want to start talking about how well we are doing during the current year.

We, as fans, are getting trapped into the Snyder media machine, and spinning ourselves to accpet mediocrity and lack of success as positives. We ...

Will the cap hit for next year force us to blow up the team?

I was reviewing some of the cap impacts of the contracts for LA, Samuels, Marcus Washington, Walt Harris, etc., and it looks like we are going to have to cut some of them to get under the cap. Else, we cannot sign anyone or draft anyone.

If the above is true, I see that we are going to have to ...

I have to hang this one on JG...he never should have given the ball back to Tb, given how horrendous the secondary had been.

JG should have thrown a short route for the two and got the first down when Tb had zero timeouts left versus running the ball...had they converted, the 'skins win...

Bad ...

If the game wsa lost by the defense, than I am OK. This unit has kept us in games when the offense struggled for a season, and the first three games.

They are owed a bad game after that IMO!

Two points is essentially saying that it is indeterminate, but the edge goes to the home team. I do not think any player or coach puts any faith in it. I think they are more inclined to get wrapped around the media disrespect and power rankings, which are what the players are going to focus on.

I ...

John Riggins MNF Trailer

I was listening to JR on the radio, and they mentioned his trailer for MNF. I didn't get to see it, as I was teaching, but did anyone happen to record it and can post a link?

If I am correct, the redksins should be listed as the number one team in the NFC east as they are 2-0 and 1-0 in the division. However, both espn.com and nfl.com have them beneath the Giants as leading the NFC east.

Paranoia or conspiracy?

This should fuel the players even more!

Gentleman:

Ramsey is inconsistent. We are going into Dallas, which has a chip on their shoulders, it is in their house, and they are always up for this game! Simply stated, we need the best QB available that gives us the best chance of winning, which is Brunell.

I believe the JG is also trying ...

JG is playing a little mind game here..He is sending a message to the Dallas D-coordinator. Simply stated, which Qb ar you going to defend? Righty or Lefty?

Also, we don't know the impact of the hit on Ramsey, either physically or mentally. This option gives JG the most flexibility ...

Plese do not kill me, but I am curious as to how we should read the 'skins performance thus far in the preseason? I have been scanning the other games of the "elite" and playoff contender teams, and I am seeing that we seem to still be a long way from them. We still make mental mistakes at ...

For those of you Freedie Haters, Philly would not have made it in the playoffs last year without him.

Also, he has gone on record saying that he would "love to play for Joe Gibbs" ever before talk of releasing him came up.

A change of scenery may not be bad for Freddie.

Arrington is a big prima donna. He was that way at Penn State, and he is going to be the same down here.

Don''t swallow the kool-aide here. We are only talking about 2 players.

The Miami players workout down at Miami every year, miss these things, and come back huge in the regular season. They also play off each other so as to hone their skills.

2 players do not trump 63. Relax.

For all the Hasselbeck slammers, Andy Reid was looking to trade AJ Feeley to make a roster spot for Tim. This was before the season when AJ took over mid-season to win the NFC east when Donovan broke his leg.

After that season, they still tried to unload Feeley to make room for him. Philly never ...
