One source says Jay Gruden seems to prefer Titans to Redskins. That source has been told Redskins might make offer that's tough to refuse.

I don't like the fact that we would have to "overpay" him to change his mind. If he wants Titans job, let him go. He doesn't want to be here.

Garcon ties Art Monk with his 106th catch of the season...he'll be over 120 catches by the end of the season with the way Cousins is finding him. Garcon, Morris, and DY are the only players worthy of pro bowl...IMO. May be Trent, but idk.
