A TON of news coming out that Cousins is starting week one and going forward, and that was the plan. Cannot find the link now, but there was a tweet from a source close to Redskins GM reporting that Scott is done with Griffin and it's time to change the culture.

If Byrd does not come at the right price, we need to move on. Isn't Taylor Mays available? He always reminded me of the great Sean Taylor, and just so happens to share the name. He could be a beast. We need to spread the cap around, not tie it up in some greedy player.

I'm really excited to see how much will change with the defense now that Mike is gone. Did Haslett really not have any control over the details? Was Mike preventing him from bringing in the people he really wanted/needed? It will be interesting, but I can say one thing. IF the defense is next year ...

No thanks. He is 33 going on 34. We need younger, long-term people. I'd much rather spend the money to go after a high end corner who is young, and can lock down his position for years to come such as Aqib Talib. The guy from the Titans looks pretty good too.
