The Dallas Cowboys signed linebacker Steve Octavien off of the Redskins practice squad onto their active roster.<\/p>\n

To replace Octavien, the Redskins signed linebacker Brandon Archer to the practice squad.<\/p>\n

Archer is in his second season. He entered the league with the Indianpolis Colts\u00a0as an undrafted free agent our of Kansas State.<\/p>\n

Octavien is the fourth member of the Redskins practice squad to be signed to another team’s active roster this season.<\/p>\n
