As we do every season, we will work to improve officiating and are confident that the game officials will show continued improvement.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This makes if official:\u00a0 The NFL thinks we are stupid.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Anyone with the Sunday Ticket who cruised the 1:00 games knows the truth.\u00a0 Never has officiating been so horrendous.\u00a0 Never has it been so inconsistent.\u00a0 Never has it been so incompetent.\u00a0 \u00a0These amateurs are pathetic,\u00a0devoid of consistency, and incapable of making a decision without the occurence of the Zebra Flash Mob at the 30 yard line.\u00a0 Players studied the tendencies last week&#8230; and took full advantage this week&#8230; this crop of officials was terrified of taking control of player behavior.\u00a0 Dead ball aggression was all over.\u00a0 Cortland Innegan was in thug paradise.\u00a0 I spelled it right&#8230; he got the F slapped off last week (and clearly deserved it)&#8230;\u00a0 Coach Shanahan pointed out that throwing the challenge flag on a non-challengable play is unsportsmanlike conduct&#8230;\u00a0 &#8220;uh, yeah&#8230; whatever&#8221; was apparently the response from the refs.<\/p>\n<p>Consistency?\u00a0 Morgan gets stupid in response to Innigan&#8230; he&#8217;s flagged for unsportsmanlike&#8230; yup&#8230; stupid move on his part&#8230; but then, there&#8217;s this:\u00a0 <a title=\"Chris Long told to stop taunting... but... \" href=\"http:\/\/profootballtalk.nbcsports.com\/2012\/09\/17\/after-flagging-josh-morgan-refs-let-chris-long-get-away-with-taunting\/\">http:\/\/profootballtalk.nbcsports.com\/2012\/09\/17\/after-flagging-josh-morgan-refs-let-chris-long-get-away-with-taunting\/<\/a>\u00a0 yeah&#8230; check it out&#8230; if you are a Redskins fan, this will just completely fry your butt&#8230; It should disturb ANY football fan.\u00a0 Yes&#8230; the official not only saw it, but &#8220;told him to stop&#8221;, and then, WATCHED HIM AS HE DID IT AGAIN!!!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>NFL&#8230; these refs are not competent.\u00a0 You know it&#8230; we know it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fix it.\u00a0 You don&#8217;t have much time&#8230; something very bad will happen&#8230; soon&#8230; if you don&#8217;t.\u00a0 It may be the overt determination of the victor by referees in multiple games&#8230; it may be serious injuries resulting from the refusal (more likely the inability) of the refs to control the game.\u00a0 Whatever it is, the integrity of the game will be severely damaged, for a long time, if not corrected right now.<\/p>\n<p>We are NOT stupid.\u00a0 Own it.\u00a0 The league has screwed up.\u00a0 Get real refs back into these games.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; and, stop insulting us with these idiotic statements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NFL Statement in support of their temp zebras&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cOfficiating is never perfect,\u201d the statement said. \u201cThe current officials have made great strides and are performing admirably under unprecedented scrutiny and great pressure.
