The Washington Football Team (6-10) head in to their Week 18 match-up with nothing to play for but pride. The same goes for their opposition – NFC East division rival New York Giants (4-12). It’s been a disappointing season for both teams.<\/p>\n

Washington is currently on a four game slide having lost to both the Eagles and the Cowboys twice. The Giants have lost five straight.<\/p>\n

How will the last game of 2021 go?<\/p>\n

Head-To-Head<\/h2>\n

The two teams have met each other 179 times, including two in the post-season. Washington have won 70 of the meetings. The Giants have won 104. The other four games were ties.<\/p>\n

The last meeting between the two was on September 16th, when WFT eked out a 30-29 victory in the second game of the season.<\/p>\n

Last year the Giants won both games.<\/p>\n

Washington opened the week as 4-point favorites<\/a>, but the line has already moved to -7.0 on most Sports Books.<\/p>\n

For Washington:<\/h3>\n
The WFT got some good injury news, removing Tress Way and\u00a0Antonio Gibson<\/a>\u00a0from the Covid list.<\/p>\n
Only Deshazor Everett and William Jackson remain on the Covid list.<\/p>\n
Saahdiq Charles, Curtis Samuel, Ricky Seals-Jones, and Montez Sweat did not practice Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Samuel Cosmi and James Smith-Williams were limited at practice Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Antonio Gibson was also limited despite coming off of the Covid list. He is nursing a hip injury.<\/p>\n
All are considered questionable for Sunday.<\/p>\n
For New York:<\/h3>\n
Elerson Smith, John Ross, Dexter Lawrence, Colin Johnson, Austin Johnson, Mike Glennon, and Cullen Gillaspia did not practice on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Saquon Barkley, Korey Cunningham, Will Hernandez, Kyle Rudolph, Danny Shelton, Darius Slayton, Andrew Thomas and Kadarius Toney were all limited at practice on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
