The Boys got the bad boy we'll see how it works out. My guess is the NFL money is going to lead to out of the league problems.

Cowboys really takes risks:

Hardy, out for first 10 games this season
Dez, kid with troubled past (seems to be getting better)
Gregory, if he violates League rules...........he could sit out a few games too.

Wow!

Redskins trade No. 69. They get 95th pick and 112 and 167 and 181.

Picked up an extra 4th, 5th and 6th rounder.

McGloughan gets his ten picks.

Interesting, don't think we get the rookie starting guard I was hoping for now. These late picks are going to be interesting I think we'll have a lot more turnover than I expected. I expected more than a normal year but with this move I think a few extra lockers are turning over now. I wonder if this has been his plan or did he opt for this after the run on guards.

I wonder if AJ Gann was our target at the 69th pick. With him off the board a few spots earlier, did Scot pull the trigger on the trade? We'll not likely find out.

Im sure Scot has some guys in mind in the mid to late rounds that may start, and create depth and be huge help on special teams... our special teams has been horrid last few years, and some good players there would be good for us too.

Oh and for the saints i love their pick of Garrett Grayson, I liked this kid, and they likely have created a situation like Green Bay did with Rodgers/Favre... kid will get a few years to learn under the great Drew Brees before he finally hits the field. Hope the skins get to do that one day years and years from now.

I pretend to know the inner most thoughts and plans of our FO, and I'll bet there was a massive internal fart when young Jordan Richards, the safety out of Stanford was scooped up a few picks ahead of us in the 3rd. We promptly traded down.

May be a good 3rd down back starting out, hes pretty big and is a good blocker. Not sure about his hands gonna have to look for tape. Could be good in the power running to fill in for alf and in future years as he settles into the nfl. Seems like a very good special teams player for us.

Im happy.

Twitter board blowing up about Jones being the best blocking RB in the draft, aswell as having pro caliber hands (under utilized in NCAA). Can he be a DY/AlMo mixture of beastmode/ power? We needed a RB on the cheap to be the reserve but was this a late third round reach?
Im thinking Scotts board has a lot of guys about even right now, and felt the BPAs up until this point had been taken for this high 3rd rounder. With the early 4th im curious what he has up his sleeves!

First pick I'm not pleased about. I assume he's a good back and I hope he's a contributor this fall but I was hoping for a smash mouth, drive blocking, mauler of a guard. A good nasty guard in the lineup next to Scherrf and the backs we got could probably be more productive, it seems to me holes have been the problem rather than quality of the backs behind Morris.

Looking forward to the rest of the picks. Maybe there's a few good guards Scot thinks will be available in the 4th, I hope so anyways.

Yes, I hope we grab Tre Jackson, guard from FSU. With that being said, my hopes may not align with the GM, and I'm pretty sure he knows more than me :-), so I will roll with his picks and support the team this upcoming season, because I definitely see a change in philosophy and I like it.

We have two of the top picks in the 4th round...

Let's get best big OG and Stefon Diggs. We need another beefy lineman and we need a punt returner. Roberts was not impressive last year.

I like the huge RB pick, we needed that hole filled on our roster.

I'd be happy to see ILB Taiwan Jones from Michigan St. have his name called by the Skins today too!!

well we've got a possible 3rd down back and slot receiver/return guy last two rounds. Def filling needs.

Never a bad idea taking an Alabama lineman. You look at how Trent Richardson and Mark Ingram have been disappointments, its mostly their line doing the work.

Finally! I wanted a OG much earlier but hopefully Scot found us one who can start. Hopefully Scot knew the selection of guards was very deep and he thinks this guy will be starter.

Kouandjio looks like a reach, scouts are not high on him from what I've read

Theres gonna be a few pics Scot makes where we scratch our heads.... some will be busts (hes not perfect) and some we will look back and say "Wow, how the hell did he know that guy would be so good"

His batting average across his career of making pics tellsus we should look for the upside in every pic he takes, because Scot believes there was enough to not take a lot of other players.

Ouch tough review. There have been a number of Bama lineman bust in the NFL hopefully Scot found a winner but that is a brutal review.

With 8 compensatory picks at the end of the 5th round, the Seahawks' 5th round pick is more valuable than I thought. Sheesh.

We just traded our 5th round pick to the Saints. They gave us a 6th rounder this year, plus a 6th next year.

Loved the #1 understood the #2 pick and it went down hill for me then. Obviously Scot knows much more than any of us but at least today I'm disappointed. I had hoped our much maligned OL would be addressed with this draft and the #1 pick should be a great addition but then we waited a few rounds for the guard I think we desperately need. When they traded down for more picks I was expecting to get a guard in the fold before scatter gunning the late round picks. I hope the Bama guy is a starter not a project. I hope we are happy with our guys but I'm a little crestfallen after getting really excited when Scot ushered in a new era picking Scherff like cannon shot it was so expected.

Listening to Scot prior to the draft, I think he had a plan and worked his plan as stated. Extra draft picks in later rds. was part of the plan, therefore, he used these picks to stock the team with extra players providing competition. What's not to like about this?

Thats exactly what im saying. Williams was not a scheme fit for us. Too small for a 3-4 DE, too big for an OLB and not the right skillset for it. He could of played in our nickel packages in the 4-3... or we could have scherff play every down.

BPA is very much scheme based.

We got a 6'2" wide receiver...Evan Spencer!!! I hear he is the brother of Skins scout Cole Spencer. A tall target for Bob, OK.
I hope he cracks the 53 man roster.

Our past tall WRs have been busts or non-productive: Hankerson, Devin Thomas, who else...?

We could use another Art Monk...!!! (we all wish)

The fact a qb wasn't drafted and oline was focused on tells me that Scot really is interested in Robert as the qb

You said all the experts, and I was pointing out that Scot is an expert, and he didn't have Williams in his top three. And just because Jax and Oakland drafted for need (or BPA according to Scot, lol), doesn't mean we did.

Scot deserves a lot of credit - and we had 10 picks ...
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
