This organization is a complete unmitigated disaster.

HOPEFULLY change is coming - players that think they can behave like this should not be on the roster next season
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance

The FO has nothing to do with what players do on their spare time but if those choices affect a players ability to help the team, the FO and coaching staff need to act responsibly - we shall see what happens ...
